Property owner
The report on your property, in one place
When a drone pilot or mitigation crew finishes work on your property, MyProperty is where the result lands — not an email attachment you'll lose in eight months.
Property assessments have a habit of disappearing. A PDF arrives, gets skimmed, gets buried, and two years later nobody can find what the inspection actually said.
MyProperty is the client half of SATYR. Work sent from SATYR Admin arrives here and stays attached to the property, so the history exists when an insurer, a buyer or the next contractor asks.
What you'll see
- Drone survey results as processed output, not raw imagery you can't interpret.
- IR roof assessment, with problem areas identified per image.
- Mitigation and treatment history, dated, so you know what was done and when.
- Everything attached to the property rather than scattered across an inbox.
Why the record matters
- Insurance increasingly asks for evidence that mitigation work was actually done.
- Selling is easier with a documented history than a verbal account.
- The next contractor doesn't have to re-survey what somebody already surveyed.
Common questions
How do I get a copy of my drone roof inspection?
Ask whoever flew it — if they use SATYR Admin they can send it to you directly and it appears in MyProperty. Otherwise a PDF by email is normal, in which case keep it somewhere you'll find it again.
What does an IR roof survey show?
Thermal imagery highlights temperature differences across a roof, which can indicate trapped moisture or missing insulation, since wet material retains heat differently from dry. It's an indicator worth investigating rather than proof of a leak on its own.
Do I need to pay for MyProperty?
It's the client side of work a professional has already done for you. You use it to see what they sent.
Can I keep my own mitigation records here?
Yes — treatment history, dates and photographs against the property, which is what holds up later with an insurer or a buyer.
